The GI-73 series uses a six-colour photo printing configuration with Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Red and Grey inks. Together, these inks support colourful photographic output, smooth colour transitions and detailed image reproduction.

Whether you operate a photography studio, produce wedding albums or print family photographs at home, the Canon GI-73 Cyan Original Ink Bottle supplies the specified genuine Cyan ink for your compatible printer.

Key Features of Canon GI-73 Cyan Ink Bottle 60ml

1. Genuine Canon Original Cyan Ink

The Canon GI-73 Cyan Original Ink Bottle contains genuine Canon ink developed for compatible PIXMA photo printing systems.

Original Canon consumables are formulated for the manufacturer’s designated ink delivery components and printheads.

Using the correct replacement ink helps maintain printer compatibility and supports consistent printing when the equipment is maintained according to Canon’s instructions.

2. Dye-Based Photo Ink Technology

The Canon GI-73 C bottle contains dye-based photo ink.

This ink formulation supports detailed colour reproduction and smooth transitions when used with suitable photographic printing media.

Cyan works alongside the other GI-73 colours to reproduce photographs, portraits, landscapes and creative images.

3. Vibrant Blue, Cyan and Turquoise Shades

The Canon GI-73 Cyan Ink Bottle 60ml contributes to blue, turquoise, cyan and related cool colour tones.

It is particularly useful in photographs featuring:

• Blue skies
• Oceans and rivers
• Nature and landscape scenes
• Travel destinations
• Architectural photography
• Colourful illustrations
• Outdoor portraits
• Creative photographic backgrounds

The final appearance depends on the original image, printer settings, media and colour management.

4. Original 60ml Ink Capacity

The Canon GI-73 Cyan bottle contains 60ml of original dye-based ink.

Its refillable design enables users to replenish the correct colour reservoir without replacing a conventional ink cartridge.

Actual ink consumption varies depending on image coverage, printing frequency, paper choice and maintenance requirements.

5. Up to 8,000-Page Composite Colour Yield

Canon specifies a reference yield of up to 8,000 A4 colour pages for the GI-73 colour ink system under its testing conditions.

This figure reflects composite colour printing using the required ink bottles.

It does not mean that one Cyan bottle independently produces 8,000 pages.

Actual printing yield depends on document coverage, printer condition, quality settings and maintenance operations.

6. Photo Printing Yield Reference

Canon also publishes an estimated 3,800 borderless 4 × 6-inch photo prints using a complete six-colour set of GI-73 replacement inks under its defined test conditions.

This is a separate photographic yield measurement from the 8,000-page A4 colour-document reference.

Both figures are estimates and should not be presented as the guaranteed yield of an individual Cyan bottle.

7. Compatible with Canon PIXMA G570

The Canon PIXMA G570 is a six-colour ink-tank photo printer designed for photographic printing.

It uses the GI-73 ink family, including the original GI-73 Cyan bottle.

The ink contributes to detailed photo reproduction alongside the other five colours.

8. Compatible with Canon PIXMA G670

The Canon PIXMA G670 is a multifunction photo printer supporting printing, scanning and copying.

Its six-colour printing system uses genuine Canon GI-73 ink bottles.

The GI-73 Cyan bottle is intended for the printer’s designated Cyan tank.
