Brother QL-800 Professional Label Printer – Direct Thermal USB Printer

The Brother QL-800 Label Printer is a professional direct thermal label printer designed for fast and reliable label printing in offices, businesses, retail, shipping, logistics and other professional environments. Using direct thermal printing technology, the printer eliminates the need for ink or toner, making it convenient for everyday labelling requirements.

The Brother QL-800 delivers fast printing performance with a maximum print speed of 148 mm/sec, allowing users to print up to 93 labels per minute. It supports 300 × 300 dpi standard resolution and 300 × 600 dpi high-resolution printing, providing clear and professional-looking labels.

The printer supports Brother DK die-cut and continuous rolls with label widths from 12 mm to 62 mm and a maximum print width of 58 mm. It can also produce labels up to 1 metre in length, making it suitable for a wide range of labelling applications.

A useful feature of the QL-800 is its support for black and red printing when used with a compatible DK-22251 roll. This allows important information to be highlighted on labels, making it useful for warnings, headings, special instructions and other business applications.

The Brother QL-800 features USB 2.0 connectivity for connection to compatible computers. It does not include Wi-Fi or Ethernet LAN connectivity. The printer is compatible with PC and Mac systems and works with P-touch Editor and P-touch Editor Lite software for creating customised labels.

For business and inventory applications, the QL-800 supports barcode and QR code printing, with up to 21 barcode protocols available through P-touch Editor. Its built-in automatic cutter makes it easy to produce individual labels efficiently.
